I was born and raised in the amazing and sunny South Africa. Two years ago I got married and left my home country for Europe. After living in the Netherlands for two years, we packed up our bags again and moved to Valencia, Spain. What a crazy adventure!

I loved cameras since I can remember. Yes, I’m a 90’s child so I started out with film when I was ten. I then exchanged my ‘mik en druk’ (as we call it in Afrikaans, my home language) for an almost nothing mega pixels digital camera. Since then I went more professional and became a Nikon fan.

I studied Fine Arts and then started a job as the designer and media person at my local church in Pretoria, South Africa. I always did some freelance photography on the side, from lifestyle shoots to a wedding assistant photographer to doing weddings on my own. I’ve been privileged to shoot weddings in South Africa, Australia and the Netherlands.

Recently I started my endeavours to start making what I love most, photography, my full time job.
